Purpose and Scope

This Privacy Directive explains how Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. collects, uses, manages, and discloses Personal Information, and how you can contact us if you want to access, update or rectify your Personal Information.

General Personal Information collection

We are likely to collect a range of Personal Information about you. The type of Personal Information that Earth Alive may collect will depend on our relationship with you, and the circumstances of collection.

The Personal Information we collect may include but is not limited to:

• first and last names;
• phone number, home address and email address;
• bank account details and credit/debit card details; and
• reference details of you or your organization related to our products or services.

Personal Information of employees and consultants

Regarding current and potential employees and consultants, to manage your relationship with us, we may collect additional Personal Information including third-party references, bank account details, tax information, certain health information, emergency contact details, and other employee or consultant records. We may also conduct criminal checks on individuals who commence employment or have a contracting arrangement with us.

Earth Alive only collects sensitive Personal Information reasonably necessary for one or more of the uses in this Privacy Directive if:

• we have the consent of the individuals to whom the sensitive Personal Information relates;
• the collection is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious threat to life, health or safety; or
• the sensitive Personal Information is required under applicable legislation.

Personal Information of clients and suppliers

The primary purpose for which we collect, and use Personal Information is to:

• establish your identity;
• communicate with you; and
• provide you with the products and services requested.

In certain circumstances, we may need to collect Personal Information in order to comply with our legal obligations, such as anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws. If you do not provide us with the information we request, we will not be able to provide you with our products or services.

Access, update and rectification

Upon written request, we will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information and provide access to it, or you may also ask us to update or correct your Personal Information. Employees may make changes to their Personal Information directly in Bamboo or you can contact the Privacy Officer by using the contact details below.
