Based on synthetic esters and carefully designed additives IL-HFSYN46 (-42) is a premium performance hydraulic oil suitable for hydraulic systems operating under severe conditions and requiring fluids with excellent thermal stability over a wide temperature range. Because of its excellent biodegradability and very low ecotoxicity, IL-HFSYN46 (-42) is particularly recommended anywhere leaking, spills or ruptured hydraulic lines may present an environmental hazard.
Typical applications include: forestry works, construction, logging and farming equipment, public works, lawn and turf care, water navigation, off-shore, water catchments areas, ski resorts, etc…
IL-HFSYN46 (-42) is recommended for stationary and mobile applications using gear, vane and piston hydraulic systems operating under high pressure and temperatures ranging from -42 °C to 100°C. Consult the manual of the manufacturer
for the appropriate grade.
IL-HFSYN46 (-42) is compatible with the most conventional mineral and synthetic hydraulic fluids, however, for optimum performance, it is recommended to drain and clean the system before transition to IL-HFSYN46. Interluberecommends
the use of IL-HFSYN46 (-42) flushing and rinsing fluid. Interlube can certify that your equipment uses a biodegradable fluid that meets the OECD 301B standard.
