(TSXV: EAC \u2013 <\/strong>\u201c<strong>Earth Alive<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d), a company that develops, manufactures and distributes state-of-the-art, environmentally-sound proprietary microbial solutions and products, is pleased to announced today a tripartite agreement (the \u201cAgreement\u201d) with Boudrias Horticulture (\u201cBoudrias\u201d) and Les Sols Isabelle. Both companies are \u00a0leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of horticultural products in Canada. Under the Agreement, Boudrias will be responsible for the distribution of Earth Alive\u2019s products in national hardware stores throughout Canada. Additionally, Earth Alive\u2019s product lines, including Soil Activator\u00d4, a blend of beneficial bacteria, continue to be available at independent garden centers throughout Quebec as part of Les Sols Isabelle\u2019s offering. The Agreement, which includes the Company\u2019s complete array of products, provides Earth Alive with access to the home and garden markets, national and regional hardware stores and independent garden centers across Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Under this Agreement, Boudrias will provide access to over 1,000 \u2018\u2019big box\u2019\u2019 stores across Canada for the sale and development of the Company\u2019s line of eco-friendly horticultural products, including a variety of biofertilizers, biostimulants and transplant pots.
